Hello every one!

Today I feeling like just drawing for fun.

These drawings are in 2.5×3.5 inch sketch cards. So that means they are pretty small drawings. Think business card size.

I started out using basic crayola markers and a white gel pen. Once that was done I added a few highlights and shadows with color pencils.

I did not want to use my “normal” Mermaid colors. I wanted a Yellow fin with a hint of orange. The green part was a last minute decision.

My daughter wanted me to draw a cat. I let her decide the colors for it. I was surprised she wanted it to be red.

The lady bug was finished pretty quickly. I added the white dots just so I could play with my gel pen.

I plan on creating a few more tonight!
